长期从事发酵工程,代谢工程,合成生物学,工业微生物等领域的研究,主要承担《细胞生物学》等课程的讲授工作。近5年来在Nucleic Acids Research, Biotechnology Advances, Metabolic Engineering等行业主流国际期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,申请发明专利40余项,其中授权25项;主持包括国家重点研发计划、国家自然基金等在内的国家及省部级科研项目10余项;江苏省杰出青年基金获得者、江苏省特聘教授、江苏省“双创人才”、江苏双创团队负责人、江苏省“六大人才高峰”、无锡市社会事业领军人才等荣誉称号。
